The real deal or a total steal?
A truly exceptional hotel with stunning harbor views that make you feel on top of the world. The team goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and welcomed.
Management has implemented extra charges for spa access and services while neglecting customer needs during busy times. This creates an unfortunate sense of corporate greed.

The heated pool was a delightful surprise. Dining at the hotel was a treat as well—loved the live music at the lobby bar! Can’t wait to return!

It was just a solid selection for a brief hiatus in Vancouver with reasonable price. The piano bar was nice during the day with live music relaxing atmosphere. Consider checking for events at the bar since it gets busy in the evenings.
